    Refund Policy of Code Codence

    At Code Codence, we strive to provide the best learning experience for our students. However, if you need to cancel your enrollment, our Refund Policy ensures transparency in handling refund requests.

    1. Eligibility for Refund

    Refunds will be processed only under the following conditions:

    • Cancellation Before Course Start: If you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the course start date.
    • Institute-Initiated Cancellation: If Code Codence cancels the course due to unforeseen circumstances.

    2. Non-Refundable Situations

    Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

    • Cancellation made after the course start date.
    • Partial attendance: If you have attended any classes or accessed course materials.
    • Failure to complete the course due to personal reasons, including technical issues on the student’s end.

    3. Refund Amount

    • Full Refund: Provided if cancellation is requested 7 or more days before the course start date.
    • 50% Refund: For cancellations made less than 7 days before the course begins.
    • No Refund: After the course has started.

    4. Refund Process

    • To request a refund, send an email to support@codecodence.in with your name, course details, and reason for cancellation.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
    • Payment will be refunded to the original payment method (bank account or payment gateway) used during registration.

    5. Course Transfers

    If you are unable to attend the course you enrolled in, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a different course or batch. This transfer request must be made prior to the start date of the original course.

    6. Exceptional Cases

    In rare and exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies), refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis, even after the course has started. Documentation may be required to support the request.
